Rent to Own Program
We offer a Rent-To-Own plan that gives you the opportunity to have a storage facility in your own backyard. Plus, if you complete the rental contract, the shed is yours to keep!
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates. Our no strings attached plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. RTO is for pre-built sheds ONLY, no Build on site.
No Credit checks however we do not report your payments to any credit agency so this plan will not help you to improve a credit score like the financing option. We only require a security deposit with a signed contract, and we'll set up a building at your location.
Deposits required:
- $300 on 8 ft wide sheds
- $400 on 10 ft wide sheds
- $600 on 12 ft wide sheds
